Devon Community-led Planning Four Stage Process

Plan Issue Proposal Action

You must create a plan object first, which you can do from this screen, click 'make new plan' below..

Figure: Your Info Make new community PLAN

Once you have created and saved your plan object you will see a button on your plan that will allow you to create an issue, which stems from the needs of the community.

Figure: Create Issue

Similarly on your newly created issue you will see a button that allows you to create a proposal that addresses your issue.

From your new proposal you can use the create button, perhaps more than once, to create an action or a set of actions to implement your proposal.

You can return to displaying your plan and create your next issue with its proposal and action chain. You can repeat this sequence until you have created all the issue, proposal, and action chains you need.

Your plan object is where you set the geographic coverage i.e. the parish(es) that the whole plan relates to. If you need to describe a different parish coverage you must start fresh, and create a new plan object.

Issues, proposals, and actions are all derived from the same plan. To update them you must edit and save each object.

Warning! If for any reason you have mistakenly set the wrong Parish coverage on your plan & saved it you must consult the system manager for advice. Click here to send a message to the system manager advice & support desk
